[0010] See `A 17th Dynasty Egyptian Queen' as dated by Sir Flinders Petrie in KMT, Vol. 11, Fall 2000, p. 32-40 featuring superb images of the treasures.; Also Katja Goebs, `hftj ntr' as euphemism - The Case of the Antef Decree in Egyptian Archaeology, Vol. 89, 2003, p. 27-37. The decree was found in the temple of Min in Coptos an reads, "The enemy (`hftjw')was stolen by -- `Cursed be his name' -- Teti, son of Minhotep."
[0020] Two fragments of Stela of Sekenenre/Seqenere (Djehuty-Aa) of the 17th dynasty were found in 1975 during the excavation of the treasurey of Thutmose I at Karnak North. They are discussed by Helen Jacquet-Gordon, `Two Stela of Sekenenre of the 17th Dynasty' in Gold of Praise, University of Chicago, 1999, p. 179-184.
[0030] Peter A. Clayton, Chronicle of the Pharaohs, p. 95.
[0040] Chris Bennett, A Genealogical Chronology of the 17th Dynasty in JARCE, Vol. XXXIX, 2002, p. 123-155. The conclusion reads in part, "First, the dynasty was not founded after the collapse of the 13th, but ruled concurrently with it for several decades. Second, the dynasty lasted for about six generations." p. 151. This agrees so well with what Velikovsky said about the `Hyksos' dynasties. Such a long period of six generations fits well within the time between the Exodus and the Early Israelite Monarchy.
[0050] As far as we know, the grandmother of Khamose and Ahmose was Tetisheri.Tetisheri
