Sahd Noah's Ark | (This may represent work in progress.) 1800 -- Era of the spread of humanity around the earth following the Great Flood. Man was larger from Creation on, until unhealthy living and unhealthy environmental conditions caused decline in many areas leading to dwarfism - 6 foot man is a dwarf compared to a 13 foot man - and diseases and perhaps some loss in genetic purity, etc.
1790 -- CIAS guess: This eleven inch human footprint in the Americas, with correct pressure points, and the superimposed foot print of a dinosaurus (Acrocanthosaurus) proofs that man and dinosaurus lived together in Texas for many centuries until they succumbed due to likely various factors.
Introduction Since we have a good number of points to present the ages before the time of Christ in a different context as most books or magazines on history will tell it, we shall demonstrate in a hopefully, easy to follow format the key points of the history of the Bible Lands this way. In doing so we shall begin with the more firmly defendable events and their participants. Starting with the time of King Saul The Biblical framework of this portion of World History is presented as follows:
623 -- The later prophet and statesman Daniel is born. 608 -- King Josiah of Judah is fatally wounded in the field of battle against Pharaoh Necho/Ramses II near Megiddo.
605 -- First invasion of Judah by the Chaldeans, a priestly caste (Hattusilis), taking a smaller group of captives among which were Daniel and his 3 friends and Temple treasures.; Daniel 1:1,2.
598 -- Second invasion of Judah by the Chaldeans taking the last larg group of exiles, together with the remaining Temple treasures to Babylon, the capital of idolatry, 800 miles away.
553 -- Nabonidus makes Belshazzar coregent of the Empire. 539 -- The Medo-Persians conquer Babylon.
536 -- First Persian decree by Cyrus allowing Jews to return to Jerusalem. Few go. 5th century -- The `Naos of the Decades' was put together from discoveries over a long time and since the "Medes" are referred to, it had to be attributed to the Persian period on Egypt. [See Franck Goddio, (http://www.franckgoddio.org/english/projects/backtolight/mission/yoyotte.asp), downloaded on June 27, 2000. The article mentions the "Christians", meaning the Coptics in Egypt, which are not Christians, and how they destroyed pagan items. That shows, how these prejudiced and inaccurate attributes of labels put "Christians" in a bad light. "Catholics" and "Coptics" are not Christians. Christians are only those who follow Jesus Christ and no pope or doctrines not taught by Jesus Christ. [Article by Jean Yoyotte, Prof. at the College de France, Paris, (dated June 3, 2000) on file.] - The sunken cities of Herakleion and the Pharaonic sunken city of Menouthis were written about in 2000. 457 -- Decree by Artaxerxes Longimanus allowing rebuilding and restoration of the Temple of Jerusalem. 334 -- Young Alexander fought the Persians with his 35,000 Macedonians and dethroned the Persian monarchs, thereby seizing power in the world as the third animal kingdom, the four winged leopard of the Book of Daniel. The Jews were now his subjects and the major world empire changed from Asia (Babylon, Medo-Persia) to Europe (Greece, and later Rome). 331 -- Cyrus looses the battle of Gaugamela (Arbela) against Alexander the Great. 323 -- Alexander the Great dies in Babylon. His friend Perdiccas asks, who will inherit the kingdom? Alexander replies: `The strongest.' - - Prophecy carefully describes the events following the demise of the Greek goat, saying, "And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven." Daniel 8:9,10, and then he ". . . shall destroy the mighty and the holy people," and "he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes." Dan. 8:24,25. 326 -- When Alexander left Pakistan/Indian areas, many of his soldiers remained behind in the cities Alexander had established. Ruled by Greeks they became centers of commerce. Coins were struck with names like Diodotus, Euthydemus, Menander/Milinda. The last known Greek king was Strato II, whose kingdom fell to invaders in 10 A.D. 301 -- Alexander's four generals: Lysimachus, Ptolemy, Seleucus and Cassandra divide up the empire. 247 -- The Parthian or Persian Empire became the heartland of the Sassanian Empire from 247 B.C. to 226 A.D. 168 -- June 22, the battle of Pydnia. 164 -- Death of Antiochus Eiphanes.
